Welcome everyone to the Sanctuary of Good Vibrations Not only is everything here just groovy but today we are going to talk about the benefits of maintaining a lifestyle of those good, high vibrations.

Everything in all of creation has an energy or vibration of its own. Everything from stars and the planet itself to humans, animals, plants and rocks. Scientist have now been able to record rocks and rock formations at certain places in the world actually humming. Of course, Jesus said nearly 2000 years ago that if those who were praising his entrance into Jerusalem were forced to to stop that the very rocks would cry out. Jesus knew then what we are only beginning to discover. All of creation has its own unique vibrational energy signature.

Emotions also carry a vibration or energy. Think about it. You have picked up on peoples vibes before right? You either feel that they’ve got good vibes and you enjoy being around them or else they are casting off some really bad vibes and you excuse yourself from the conversation. Or maybe you have experienced yourself exhibiting either of these vibes..

So how do we learn to live in this little sweet spot of the Sanctuary of High Vibes? It’s actually easier than you think.

The process is simple. Everyday you look for ways to reduce the lower energy vibrations while increasing the higher vibrations.

Some things that can lower your vibration and cause you to live in a negative state are living in fear, not managing your stress, being involved in gossip or drama, constant worry and anxiety, eating unhealthy foods, watching the news, drug or alcohol addiction and living in a cluttered, unclean home. These send any good vibes you may have straight down the toilet. Although this is not an inclusive list it is a place to start. I would encourage you, dear reader, to sit down and make a personal list of things that bring you down or make you feel down or depressed. Then go about the business of moving those things out of your life.

Once you have done that then concentrate on creating a space full of beautiful high vibration energy. Concentrate on cultivating love (which has the highest of all vibrations), gratitude, happiness, self appreciation/love, joy. Put some space between yourself and toxic people and places. Work on eating better and organize and clean up the clutter in your home or work space.

Some of the benefits you will immediately notice are

1. An increased sense of overall wellness

2. Balance between your body, mind and spirit.

3. Greater sense of gratitude and appreciation for the life you’re living

4. A connection to the rest of creation.

5. The ability to walk in the most genuine version of yourself

These again, are just a few things that are easily noticed once you rid yourself of those old low vibes and work on developing a toolbox of high vibes. There are others of course, but you will discover these as you get out there and do the work of ridding yourself of these life draining low vibes.
